摘　　要：本文阐述了煤炭企业<中煤建设集团公司>管理模式中的物资集中管理,集中采购的特点和优势,分析了实现这种管理模式必须考虑的一些问题,物资集中管理,集中采购,统一储备对煤炭企业来说具有重大的意义,传统的管理模式已无法适应现代社会的发展,只有不断的提高管理水平才能使我们煤炭企业不断的向前发展,文章所提观点为物资集中管理,集中采购,统一储备。This paper describes material centralized management and the characteristics and advantages of centralized purchasing in the enterprise management model of China Coal Construction Group Company, analyzes some issues must be considered about the implementation of this management model, materials centralized management, centralized purchasing and unified reserves are of great significance for coal enterprises, the traditional management mode has been unable to adapt to the development of modern society, only by constantly improving the level of management, can the coal enterprises develop constantly, and the proposed ideas are materials centralized management, centralized purchasing and unified reserves.
