MMP-7与E-cad在无排卵性功能失调性子宫出血中的表达及意义

摘　　要：目的：研究基质金属蛋白酶-7（matrix metalloproteinase-7，MMP-7）和E-钙黏蛋白（E-cadherin， E-cad）在无排卵性功能失调性子宫出血（简称功血）子宫内膜的表达情况及相关性。方法选取2012～2013年门诊及住院患者经本院病理科证实为无排卵性功血，其中各增生病理类型的存档蜡块96例和正常子宫内膜（因子宫肌瘤行子宫切除的患者）13例。应用SP免疫组织化学方法测定MMP-7及E-cad在子宫内膜中的表达情况。结果 MMP-7和E-cad在实验组和对照组表达均有显著差异（ P＜0．05）；MMP-7在正常子宫内膜增殖期与分泌期无差别（ P＞0．05）；复杂型、不典型增生与对照组差异有显著性（ P＜0．05）。 E-cad在正常子宫内膜增殖期与分泌期无差别（ P＞0．05）；不典型增生与对照组差异有显著性（ P＜0．05）；MMP-7和E-cad在无排卵性功血中的表达两者之间无相关性（ P＞0．05）。结论MMP-7在无排卵性功血中表达增强，E-cad在无排卵性功血中表达降低。二者与无排卵性功血的发生发展相关。Objective To investigate the relationship between expression of MMP-7 and E-cad in anovulatory dysfunctional uterine bleeding （ADUB）.Methods Ninety-six cases of various proliferative endometrial samples of ADUB and 13 normal endometrial samples were obtained from the Second Affiliated Hospital of Harbin Medical University from 2012 to 2013 .The ex-pression of MMP-7 and E-cad was detected by using immunohistochemical staining .Results There were significant differences in the expression of MMP-7 and E-cad between ADUB and normal proliferative endometrium （ P〈0.05 ）; There was no significant difference in the ex-pression of MMP-7 between normal proliferative phase and secretory phase （ P〉0.05 ） .There were significant differences in the expression of MMP-7 in complex hyperplasia , atypia hyper-plasia between ADUB and the control group （ P〈0.05 ） .There was no significant difference in the expression of E-cad between normal proliferative phase and secretory phase （ P〉0.05 ） . There was significant difference in the expression of E-cad in atypia hyperplasia between ADUB and the control group （ P〈0.05 ）;There was no correlation between the expression of the two proteins in ADUB .Conclusion The expression of MMP-7 is potentized in ADUB , while that of E-cad is decreased or deletion in ADUB .They maybe play roles during the development and progression of ADUB .
