摘  要:丛式水平井组技术能节约大量的土地,提高钻井效率,是非常规油气田规模开发的有效途径。通过借鉴国内丛式水平井组井工厂化钻井成功经验,在技术调研和油藏地质研究的基础上,新疆油田吉木萨尔致密油在平台3首次实施了丛式水平井组的工厂化钻井实践,通过配套钻井技术和集约化钻井生产组织管理,钻井速度大幅提高,有效缩短了钻井周期。通过工厂化钻井技术和生产组织实践和探讨,从方案设计、工厂化钻井配套技术应用、实践效果分析,为致密油规模开发和提高钻井效率,降低开发成本,提供了技术支持,为今后致密油工厂化钻井提供了经验借鉴。Cluster well group technology can save a large amount of land,improve the drilling efficiency,is the effective way to develop unconventional oil and gas fields. By using successful'factory'drilling experiences of the cluster well group in China and based on the geologic features of Jimsar dense reservoir,the 'factory'drilling experiences of the cluster well group was firstly applied in drilling platform 3 of Xinjiang oilfield Jimsar dense oil reservoir,the drilling speed was improved and the drilling cycle was shortened. The design proposal and matching technologies of cluster well group 'factory 'drilling suited for Jimsar dense oil reservoir were optimized,the application effects were analyzed,and the 'factory ' drilling experiences of the Jimsar cluster well group were summarized. These research results provided technical support for improving drilling efficiency and reducing the development cost of dense oil reservoir,and also provided experiences for'factory'drilling of similar dense oil reservoir.
