摘 要:基于砾石层地质特征,开展了砾石层气体钻井后转换过程中钻井液对井壁伤害机理分析,得出砾石层钻井液转换时易发生井塌、井漏及携砂困难等问题。文章通过室内实验,优配出"二强二高一低"聚磺-KCl混油钻井液及配套的特殊前置液、特殊堵漏浆及高黏切高密度钻井液,提出不同工况条件下的气液转换工艺措施,形成了适合砾石层地质特点的钻井液转换工艺技术,通过在A井现场应用,气液转换期间未发生井塌、井漏等复杂,用时仅0.4 d,取得良好应用效果。Based on the geological characteristics of gravel layer,the drilling fluid damage mechanism to wellface was analyzed during gas- fluid conversion,and the existent problems were also discussed,such as well collapse,lost circulation and difficult carrying cuttings in gravel layer. In order to solve the problems,the polysulfonate- KCl oil emulsion drilling fluid and matching special preflush,plugging slurry and high shear viscosity mud were developed,the gas- liquid conversion measures were proposed under different working conditions,and the drilling fluid conversion technology suited for gravel layer was formed. Through field application of the gas- fluid conversion technology in A well,the borehole collapse and leakage weren't happened during gas- liquid conversion,and good results were achieved with only 0. 4 days.
