摘 要:为了解决长庆油田水平井压裂改造中,传统水力喷射压裂工艺喷嘴寿命短、加砂量少,而且仅靠单一裂缝很难取得预期改造效果的问题,结合长庆油田储层低渗、天然微裂缝较发育的特征,长庆油田首创"多簇射孔、环空加砂、长效封隔"水力喷砂大规模体积压裂工艺。该技术通过双级喷射器喷砂射孔,采用环空加砂、油管补液的注入方式,降低喷嘴磨损和反溅伤害,提高压裂管柱施工能力,提高作业效率。现场应用表明,该技术可以实现一趟管柱连续施工8簇16段,形成有效的体积裂缝,最大限度的扩大了油气泄流能力,施工效率和压后产量大幅提升,有效的促进了超低渗储层水平井的开发。In order to solve the problems that lifespan of the nozzle is short,flow is lower and an expected effect by only a single fracture is poor during traditional hydraulic jet fracturing of Changqing Oilfield,combined with the characteristics of low permeability and developed natural microfractures in Changqing reservoir,the hydraulic sandblasting large- scale volume fractu-ring technology consisting of 'multi- cluster perforation,annulus sand- filled and long- term packer'was firstly developed by Changqing Oilfield. The technology adopted the injection pattern of annulus sand- filled and tubing rehydration and bipolar injector sandblasting perforation to reduce the nozzle wear and splash damage and improve the construction capacity of fracturing string. Field application results showed that this technology could achieve continuous construction of a string to 8 clusters of16 segments,form effective volume fracture,maximumly enlarge the discharge capacity of oil and gas,increase substantially the construction efficiency and improve the production after fracturing and promote effectively the development of horizontal wells in ultra- low permeability reservoir.
