摘  要:随着油田滚动勘探开发的不断深入,长庆陇东油田长8储层部分区块物性变差,采用常规加砂压裂工艺,单井产量偏低,需要探索新的工艺以提高单井产量。针对长庆陇东油田长8储层特点,室内开发了一套适应于长8酸敏储层的前置酸酸液体系,与目前体系比较,改进后前置酸酸液体系对研究区岩屑溶蚀率提高了35.4%,对胍胶压裂液的破胶液黏度降低了42.1%,岩心伤害率降低了67.9%,体现了较好的储层适应性。通过PT软件模拟提出了前置酸压裂工艺中的前置酸酸液用量强度、施工排量、关井时间。经现场32口井试验,长8酸敏储层前置酸压裂改造技术在环82区试油日产油量提高了20.4%,取得了较好的增产效果。With the exploration and development of oilfield,the physical properties of Chang 8 reservoir deteriorated in Changqing Longdong Oilfield. If using conventional fracturing technology,single well production would reduce. In order to improve production,a prepositioned acid system suited for Chang 8acid- sensitive reservoir was developed. Compared to the conventional acid system,the prepositioned acid system made the lithic dissolution rate increased by 35. 4%,gel breaker viscosity decreased by 42. 1%,core damage rate reduced by 67. 9%,and had better adaptability to the reservoir. The usage amount,fracturing discharge and shut- in time of the prepositioned acid were simulated by using PT software. Field application results in32 wells of Chang 8 acid- sensitive reservoir showed that the prepositioned acid fracturing technique achieved good results and daily oil production improved by 20. 4%.
