神经妥乐平治疗腰椎间盘突出症椎间孔镜术后残留症状的疗效

摘　　要：目的 观察神经妥乐平对腰椎间盘突出症经椎间孔镜治疗后残留疼痛、麻木及肌无力的疗效.方法 腰椎间盘突出症经椎间孔镜治疗后残留疼痛、麻木及肌无力患者57例,随机分为两组.神经妥乐平组每日给予神经妥乐平3.6 NU肌注,连续2周;甲钴胺组给予甲钴胺口服0.5 mg,3次/d,连续2周.观察两组患者在治疗前及治疗后7、14 d疼痛、麻木及肌力变化情况.结果 治疗后两组疼痛、麻木、肌力程度较治疗前改善,且神经妥乐平组改善优于甲钴胺组,差异均有统计学意义（P＜0.05）.结论 神经妥乐平可有效治疗腰椎间盘突出症经椎间孔镜治疗后残留的疼痛、麻木及肌力下降.Objective To observe the efficacy of neurotropin for the treatment of remnant symptoms after transforaminal endoscopic discectomy in patients with lumbar intervertebral disc herniation. Methods Fifty-seven patients with remnant symptoms after transforaminal endoscopic diseeetomy were randomly divided into two groups. Patients were received intramuscular injection of neurotropin 3.6 NU per day for 2 weeks in the neurotropin group; while patients in the methylcobalamin group were taken orally 0.5 nag/time, 3 times/d, for 2 weeks. The remnant symptoms of pain, numbness and myodynamia were recorded before and 7, 14 d after the treatment. Results Compared with pre-treatrnent, the remnant symptoms of pain, numbness and myodynamia were significantly improved after the treatment in the two groups （P〈0.05）, which were better in the neurotropin group than those in the methyleobalamin group （P〈0. 05）. Conclusion Neurotropin is effective for the treatment of remnant symptoms after transforaminal endoscopic discectomy in patients with lumbar intervertebral disc herniation.
