摘　　要：目的 探讨经皮激光盘内减压术（PLDD）联合胶原酶溶盘术治疗腰椎间盘突出症的疗效.方法 采用经皮激光盘内减压术联合胶原酶溶盘术治疗腰椎间盘突出症80例,术后6个月时采用VAS和MacNab评价标准进行疗效评价.结果 所有患者均获得随访,术后6个月时优良率为93.7％（75/80例）.结论 经皮激光盘内减压术联合胶原酶溶盘术治疗腰椎间盘突出症疗效确切.Objective To explore the efficacy of percutaneous laser disc decompression （PLDD） combined with collagenase injection for the treatment in patients with lumbar intervertebral disc herniation. Methods Eighty patients with lumbar disc herniation were treated by percutaneous laser disc decompression combined with collagenase injection. VAS and MacNab were recorded for therapeutic evaluation. All patients were followed up and the therapeutic effect was evaluated at 6 months after the treatment. Results The rate of excellent and good effects was 93.7% （75/80 cases） at the time of follow-up. Conclusion The efficacy of PLDD combined with collagenase injection is reliable for the treatment in patients with lumbar disc herniation.
