锦灯笼外用对湿疹模型的影响

摘　　要：目的:探讨锦灯笼外用对动物湿疹模型的影响。方法:采用二硝基氯苯诱导制作小鼠耳廓急性湿疹模型和豚鼠慢性湿疹模型,观察大、小剂量锦灯笼油糊(含药浓度分别为0.25g/ml,0.15g/ml)对小鼠和豚鼠耳廓肿胀度及耳组织病理变化的影响。结果:锦灯笼油糊0.36g/耳可显著降低小鼠和豚鼠耳廓肿胀度,锦灯笼油糊0.24g/耳可明显降低小鼠和豚鼠耳廓肿胀度。锦灯笼油糊外用可改善小鼠、豚鼠湿疹耳廓病理变化。结论:锦灯笼油糊外用对小鼠和豚鼠湿疹模型引起的耳廓肿胀和耳组织病理变化有改善作用。Objective： To explore the external function of Physalis alkekengi. Methods： Use Dinitrochlorobenzene induced acute eczema ear of mice and guinea pig model of chronic eczema,observe the effect of different doses of Physalis alkekengi oil paste to ear swelling and histopathological changes in guinea pig and mice. Results： Physalis alkekengi oil paste large doses can significantly reduce the mice and guinea pigs ear swelling,improve mice and guinea pigs eczema ear pathological changes. And the low does followed. Conclusion： Physalis alkekengi topical to the eczema on mice and guinea pigs has a good therapeutic effect,Physalis alkekengi topical has received wet function.
