通心络超微粉联合津力达颗粒对糖尿病大鼠肾功能及病理形态的影响

摘　　要：目的:探讨通心络超微粉联合津力达颗粒对糖尿病(DM)大鼠肾脏的保护作用。方法:将大鼠分为正常组、模型组、厄贝沙坦组(25mg/kg)、通心络超微粉组(0.8g/kg)、津力达颗粒组(1.5g/kg)、通心络超微粉(0.8g/kg)+津力达颗粒组(1.5g/kg)6组,尾静脉注射链脲佐菌素建立DM动物模型;检测肾功能等生化指标;HE、PAS染色观察肾脏病理改变,电镜观察肾小球超微结构的变化。结果:各给药组大鼠的24h m Alb、Scr及BU、TC、TG及LDL多明显低于模型组。HE及PAS染色,模型组与各给药组大鼠肾脏有不同程度的肥大,肾小管扩张,小管上皮细胞出现弥漫性中度空泡变性。电镜观察:与模型组相比,各治疗组大鼠肾脏病变可见不同程度的减轻,足突融合现象及内皮细胞层窗孔大小明显改善,通心络超微粉(0.8g/kg)+津力达颗粒组(1.5g/kg)病变最轻。结论:通心络超微粉(0.8g/kg)、津力达颗粒(1.5g/kg)能改善DM大鼠早期肾功能,调节血脂水平,并减轻其病理损害程度,且两药联用效果更佳。Objective： To study the renal protective effects of Tongxinluo combined Jinlida on diabetic rats. Methods： rats were divided into normal control group,model group,irbesartan group（ 25 mg / kg / d）,Tonxinluo group（ 0. 8g / kg / d）,Jinlida group（ 1. 5g / kg / d） and Tonxinluo（ 0. 8g/kg/d） combined Jinlida group（ 1. 5g/kg/d）. The rats were induced to diabetes with STZ by tail intravenous injection. Observed changes of the biochemical index and renal pathomorphology. Results： The microalbuminuria,Scr and BU,TC,TG and LDL in treatment groups were significantly reduced than that in model group（ P 〈 0. 01）. HE and PAS staining showed that there are different degrees of renal hypertrophy,tubular dilatation,tubular epithelial cells with moderate degeneration in administer groups and model group. The transmission electron microscope image showed that： compared with model group,the treatment group were seen varying degrees of renal disease mitigation,and Tonxinluo（ 0. 8g / kg / d） combined Jinlida group（ 1. 5g / kg） was lightest. Conclusion： Tongxinluo（ 0. 8g / kg） combined Jinlida（ 1. 5g / kg）could improving the renal function,regulating blood lipids levels,and reducing the degree of renal pathological damages.
