摘 要:为获得高性能的涂层材料,采用TFL-H6000型横流式CO2激光成套加工机床在Q235钢表面制备高熵合金MnCrTiCoNiSix(x=0.0、0.5、1.0)涂层,探究了Si对高熵涂层组织和性能的影响。通过金相、XRD、硬度测试等手段研究了高熵合金涂层的组织形貌,相结构以及硬度。结果表明:高熵合金MnCrTiCoNiSix涂层主要由Fcc相结构及金属间化合物组成。添加少量的Si,可致金属间化合物减少,衍射峰强度增大,晶格的完整程度增强,涂层的硬度显著下降到200 HV左右。当x=1时,涂层主要组织为枝状晶,同时在枝晶间出现了大量金属间化合物(Mn3Cr3)Ni16Si,而且晶格常数增大,衍射峰强度减低,涂层的表面硬度升高到300HV左右。In order to obtain a high performance coating, the high entropy alloy MnCrTiCoNiSix (x=0.0, 0.5, 1.0)coating is prepared by using laser cladding method on surface of Q235 steel, and the effect of Si content on high entropy alloy coating has been investigated. The microstructure, phase composition and microhardness of high entropy alloy coating are studied by using OM, XRD and microhardness tester. The experiment results show that high entropy alloy MnCrTiCoNiSix coating consisted of FCC phase and intermetallic compound. After added a little Si element, the intermetallic compound content decreased, the intensity of diffraction peak increased,and the integrity of lattice enhanced. Meanwhile, the microhardness of the coating notably decreased to around 200 HV. For the Si1 alloy, the main microstructure of the coating was dendrite crystal with (Mn3Cr3)Ni16Si intermetallic compound, and the lattice constant increased. Furthermore, the intensity of diffraction peak decreased, and the microhardness of the coating increased to around 300 HV.
