摘  要:为提高医用镁合金的生物相容性,采用激光熔覆技术在镁合金表面制备羟基磷灰石(HA)生物陶瓷涂层。研究结果表明,所制备的羟基磷灰石涂层与基体镁合金呈牢固的冶金结合,涂层相组成为具有较好生物相容性的HA和Ca3(PO4)2(β-TCP);血液相容性结果表明,涂层的凝血酶原(PT)时间约为19.508s,而镁合金的PT值约为11.025s,涂层的抗凝血性能远远高于镁合金;细胞培养试验结果表明,成骨细胞呈长条形和多角形均匀地铺在HA涂层表面,多见成群聚集状,这表明所制备的HA涂层是适宜成骨细胞增殖及分化的材料,具有很好的细胞相容性。In order to improve biocompatibility of medical Mg alloy,hydroxyapatite (HA) coating was prepared on Mg alloy by laser cladding. The results show that the interface between the coating and substrate presents the firm metallurgical bone. The coating is composed of better biocompatibility HA and β-TCP. The result of the hemocompatibility shows that the prothrombin time (PT) of the coating is 19.508 s, but PT of Mg alloy is 11.025 s, so the coating has the better anti-clotting property than that of Mg alloy. The result of the cell culture experiment shows that the osteoblasts evenly spread the surface of the coating in the form of crowds gather elongated and polygonal, which demonstrates that HA coating prepared is fit of the proliferation and differentiation of the osteoblasts, and has the better cytocompatibility.
