摘  要:P92钢凭借其优良的高温力学性能和良好的焊接性,广泛应用于国内超(超)临界电站的主蒸汽和再热热段管道等高温高压管道。目前P92钢的焊接工艺不是很完善,特别是主蒸汽及再热热段管道等大壁厚大直径管道中,焊接接头容易出现焊接缺陷问题。文中通过对某超(超)临界电站P92钢主蒸汽及再热热段管道焊接接头进行修复,探索出一种可靠的焊接修复工艺。For its excellent high-temperature mechanical properties and well weldability,P92 steel are widely used in hi:gh temperature and high pressure pipe of ultra-supercritical power stations such as main steam pipe and hot reheat pipe in China.The welding technology of P92 steel is not much perfect,especially for the thick walled and large size pipes such as the main steam pipe and hot reheat pipe,it is easy to form welding defects.By repairing the welded joint in the main steam pipe and hot reheat piping of P92 steel in ultra-supercritical power stations,a reliable welding repair process was developed.
