摘　　要：目的：针对上海市2000~2010年3次国民体质监测数据,分析老年女性BMI和握力的10年变化趋势。方法：研究对象为60~69岁上海女性市民,共计1299人。主要指标包括身高、体重和握力,派生指标为体重指数（BMI）。长期趋势的分析采用均值和百分位数,3个测试年的体质指标均值和百分位数变化及其差异性检验采用单因素方差分析和置信区间。结果：2000~2010年的10年内,上海市60~69岁老年女性身高平均增长1.36 cm、体重增加2.31 kg、BMI上升0.56 kg/m2、握力增大2.38 kg。与2000年相比,2010年身高、体重、BMI及握力均有显著性增加;BMI每5年无显著性上升,但10年前后存在显著性差异;3次握力测试之间皆有显著性差异。与2000年相比,2010年BMI在第10和第90这两个百分位数、握力在第10、25、50、75和90这五个百分位数的差异达到0.05显著水平。结论：上海市60~69岁老年女性10年BMI上升、握力增大;2000~2010年握力在不同百分位数人群中均得到提高;2000~2005年BMI在低百分位数人群中升高,2005~2010年BMI在高百分位数人群中升高。Objective The purpose of this study was to determine the secular trend in BMI and grip strength of elderly women in Shanghai. Methods The data in this study were from the China Citizen Fitness Surveys in 2000, 2005 and 2010,and the body height and weight, body mass index（BMI）, and grip strength（GS） of 1299 women,aged 60-69 years,in Shanghai from the survey were analyzed. The mean changes and percentiles by survey were calculated through ANOVA and confidence interval. Results The height, weight, BMI and grip strength of the women significantly increased by 1.36 cm, 2.31 kg, 0.56 kg/m2, and 2.38 kg respectively from 2000 to 2010. No significant rise in BMI was seen every five years,but every 10 years. There was significant increase in grip strength from 2000 to 2005,and from 2006 to2010. Compare with 2000, only the women under 10 th percentile and above 90 th percentile deciles increased their BMI in 2010,while the women in all percentiles increased their GS in 2010. Conclusion BMI and grip strength of 60-69 years old women in Shanghai increased from 2000 to 2010,whereas the increase in BMI appeared only in the women under the 10 th and above the 90 th percentile deciles, and increase in GS appeared in the women within all percentiles.
