中老年代谢综合征人群心功能的变化

摘　　要：目的：比较45~64岁代谢综合征（MS）不同组分数目人群心功能的差异,探讨影响MS人群心功能的可能因素。方法：197名0~4 MS组分受试者清晨安静空腹状态下进行一般身体状况和生理生化指标检查,用超声多普勒检测心功能。结果：年龄与身高相同的条件下,随MS组分数目递增,体重、BMI、腰围、臀围、腰臀比、安静心率、收缩压、舒张压、甘油三酯、胆固醇、低密度脂蛋白胆固醇、血糖、胰岛素、尿酸呈递增趋势,高密度脂蛋白胆固醇呈递减趋势。随MS组分数目递增,左室后壁舒张末期厚度和室间隔舒张末期厚度增加,每分输出量增加,心指数增加,E/A值降低。结论：在年龄与身高相同的条件下,随着代谢综合征组分数目增加,左室肥厚逐渐增加,左室输出量增加,左室舒张功能降低。Objective To investigate the relation of the metabolic syndrome（MS）features to the cardiac function in middle- and old aged people. Methods Anthropometric measurements,echocardiographic measurements,blood preasure,blood lipid,glucose,insuline,and urea acid of 197 45-64 years old people with 0-4 MS components were investigated. Results In the same age and height group,with the increasing of the number of metabolic syndrome components,the body weight,body mass index,waistline,hip circumference,waist to hip ratio,heart rate,systolic blood pressure and diastolic blood pressure,triglycerides,total cholesterol,low density lipoprotein cholesterol,glucose,insulin and urea acid tended to increase,while high density lipoprotein cholesterol tended to decrease. At the same time,the enddiastolic posterior wall thickness of left ventricle,diastolic thickness of left interventricular septum,minute volume and cardiac index tended to increase,while transmitral early to late flow velocity ratio tended to decrease. Conclusion Left ventricular thickness,minute volume increased,and cardiac diastolic function weaken in patients with 0-4 MS,when the number of MS components increased.
