摘 要:红河油田长8油藏属致密裂缝性油藏,通过水平井开发取得显著效果,但压裂施工砂堵频繁出现,直接影响油井的产能和油田经济开发效益。通过砂堵井地质特征与压裂曲线分析,得出红河油田长8油藏压裂砂堵原因有储层泥质含量高、天然裂缝发育、前置液比例与施工排量偏低、压裂液问题等4个方面,并明确了4类砂堵井的压裂施工曲线特征。同时,结合压裂砂堵原因分析,分别从压裂设计、现场施工和现场质量控制等3个方面,提出了压裂砂堵预防措施,现场应用取得良好效果,有效提高了红河油田长8油藏水平井压裂施工成功率。Honghe oilfield Chang-8 reservoir is a tight fractured reservoir which has achieved significant effect through horizontal well development. But frequently appearance of fracturing sand up directly influences the productivity and economic benefit. By analysis of the geological characteristics and fracturing curves of sand up wells, the sand up reasons of Chang-8 reservoir in Honghe oilfield were summarized to high reservoir clay content, natural fracture, low pre-hydraulic proportional and flow rate, and fracturing fluid. And four kinds of fracturing curves characteristics of sand up wells were identified. Meanwhile, combined with the reason analysis of fracturing sand up, preventive measures were proposed from there aspects of fracturing design, site construction and site quality control. Great results were achieved in the field application. And success rate of horizontal well fracturing operation of Chang-8 reservoir in Honghe oilfield was effectively improved.
