摘 要:为解决超稠油蒸汽吞吐中后期水平井油层动用不均、汽窜严重等问题,提高回采效果,研制了混相凝胶调剖剂。混相凝胶调剖剂由聚合物、交联剂、表面活性剂、气体生成剂组成。该调剖剂在地层中能使自身的体积膨胀4-5倍,能够进入到普通凝胶无法进入的空间,达到调剖、封窜、增加地层压力的作用。通过室内试验与现场应用,取得了较好的封窜、助排作用,该技术在超稠油水平井开采中后期应用前景广阔。In order to solve the problems of uneven producing and serious steam channeling of oil layer of horizontal wells existed in the late steam soaking of super heavy oil, and improve the recovery effects, miscible gel profile control agent composed of polymer, cross linking agent, surfactant and gas generating agent was developed. That the profile control agent in the formation can expand itself to 4-5 times and enter the space that common gel can not achieves the effects of profile adjustment, channeling and formation pressure increase. By indoor texts and field application, good sealing and cleanup effect were achieved. This technology has broad application prospect in the late super heavy oil recovery of horizontal wells.
