胶原贴敷料对面部激光脱毛术后皮肤护理的疗效观察

摘　　要：目的:观察胶原贴敷料对面部激光脱毛术后皮肤护理的效果。方法:将55例面部多毛患者随机分为两组。治疗组:29例,于激光脱毛术后外用胶原贴敷料;对照组:26例,除冰敷外不予特殊处理。术后随访1周,观察两组间皮肤修复效果及局部不适反应发生率。结果:治疗组的主观及客观皮肤不适症状发生率均明显低于对照组,组间比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),治疗组未出现过敏等不良反应。结论:面部激光脱毛术后应用胶原贴敷料可明显促进皮肤修复,减轻局部不适反应的发生。Objective The aim of this study is to evaluate the clinical efficacy of collagen dressing on skin nursing after facial hair removing laser therapy. Methods The 55 cases of male patients with facial hair were randomly divided into two groups. The therapy group （29 cases） was treated with collagen dressing topically after facial hair removing laser therapy. While the control group （26 cases） had no special treatment except ice compress. The treatment course continued for 7 days after therapy.And the skin improvement and the incidence of side effects were observed and analyzed. Results Compared with control group, the skin healing of post laser treatment was substantially accelerated, while the side effects and discomfort were remarkably reduced. The difference was statistically significant （〈0.05）.There was no serious adverse reaction such as allergic reactions appeared in treatment group. Conclusion Collagen dressing is a safe and effective care strategy for skin nursing after facial hair removing laser therapy.
