丁苯羟酸乳膏联合复方甘草酸苷片治疗激素依赖性皮炎疗效观察

摘　　要：目的：探讨丁苯羟酸乳膏联合复方甘草酸苷片治疗激素依赖性皮炎的疗效。方法：选择笔者医院2012年7月～2014年7月门诊接诊的120例激素依赖性皮炎患者作为研究对象，将所有接诊患者按照随机数字表分为两组。对照组：60例，采用本院自制的保湿乳治疗；观察组：60例，采用丁苯羟酸乳膏联合复方甘草酸苷片进行治疗，比较两组患者的临床疗效。结果：治疗后，观察组患者的总有效率为96.67%，明显高于对照组患者，组间差异具有统计学意义，而且观察组患者的症状评分也较对照组出现了明显改善，组间差异具有统计学意义。结论：采用丁苯羟酸乳膏联合复方甘草酸苷片对激素依赖性皮炎患者具有十分显著的作用，可有效改善患者的临床症状，减轻炎症反应，促进患者的预后恢复，从而提高患者的生活质量。Objective To investigate the clinical efficacy of Bufexamac cream combined with glycyrrhizin tablets treatment for hormone- dependent dermatitis patients. Methods 120 cases of hormone- dependent dermatitis patients were included in the study, of which the control group 60 cases were treated with Moisturizing Lotion made in my department while observation group of 60 patients were treated with bufexamac cream combined with glycyrrhizin tablets,and the clinical efficacy of two groups were compared. Results After treatment,the total effective rate was observed significantly higher than the patients,a statistically significant difference between the groups,and the observation group was symptom scores than the control group patients had significantly improved,the differences between the two groups statistically significant. Conclusion Bufexamac cream combined with glycyrrhizin tablets on hormone- dependent dermatitis patients have a very significant effect, thereby improving the patient＇s life quality.
