摘　　要：目的：观察红宝石激光治疗扁平疣的临床疗效。方法：采用Q开关红宝石固体激光，能量密度7～9J/cm2，一般治疗1～2次，间隔时间1个月，观察临床疗效及副作用。结果：1次治疗痊愈率达85%，2次治疗痊愈率达100%，术后可出现暂时性色素沉着，均无瘢痕形成。结论：采用红宝石激光治疗扁平疣疗效显著、安全、副作用少。Objective To observe the clinical therapeutic efficacy of the Ruby laser in the treatment of melasma. Methods Q-swiched ruby laser（Germany Asclepion comany）,energy density 7-9 mJ/cm2,1~2 times for one course of the treatment,once every a month,to observe the clinical effect and adverse effect. Results 80 patients after treatment,the curative rate after the first treatment was 85%,and after the second treatment the curative rate could reach 100% ,there might be appear temparary pigmentation,but no scar formation. Conclusion Ruby laser in the treatment of plane warts is effective,safety and less adverse effect.
