摘 要:目的:探讨MR子宫造影(MR-HG)在剖宫产术后子宫瘢痕憩室(CSD)诊断中的价值。方法:对28例临床诊断CSD的患者行MR-HG检查,分析其影像学特征,测量CSD底部距离浆膜层距离、造影前后CSD长径、宽度及深度,并计算CSD近似体积,结果与超声对照。结果:CSD信号表现为T1WI等或高信号、T2WI高信号,其矢状位形态大致分为浅凹陷、三角形、小囊形及囊袋形四种。MR与超声检查获得的CSD底部距离浆膜层距离间无显著性差异(P>0.05),MR-HG前后的CSD近似体积均大于超声检查(P<0.05)。结论:MR-HG可测量CSD的各项参数,为CSD的诊治提供直观详细的影像学依据。Purpose: To investigate the feasibility of MR-hysterography (MR-HG) in diagnosis of the cesarean scar diverticulum (CSD). Methods: Totally 28 patients with the clinical diagnosed CSD underwent MR-HG examination. MRI features of CSD were analyzed. And the morphological values of CSD were measured and compared with those from ultrasonography. Results: CSD showed isointense / hyperintense on T1WI, while hyperintense on T2WI. The shapes of CSD were roughly divided into four types based on sagittal images (dimple, triangle, microcyst and pouch). Distance between the bottom of CSD and serosa obtained with MR and ultrasound was with no statistical significance (P〉0.05). The volume of CSD measured before and after MR-HG were greater than that measured by ultrasonography (P〈0.05). Conclu- sion: MR-HG can be used to measure the morphological values of CSD, and can provide intimate imaging data for the diagnosis and treatment.
