摘 要:以硅、葡萄糖和石墨为原料,采用两步球磨、高温热解制备Si/C复合负极材料。通过XRD、SEM和恒流充放电测试对材料的结构和性能进行表征。结果表明:无定形碳包覆的硅颗粒均匀弥散地分布在石墨的表面。当m(硅)∶m(葡萄糖)∶m(石墨)=1∶1∶3时,复合材料显示出良好的电化学性能,以100 mA/g放电,放电容量为943.9mAh/g,首次充放电效率为74%,循环40次后容量为671.1mAh/g;以200mA/g和400mA/g放电,放电容量分别可达648.5mAh/g、513.5mAh/g。The silicon/carbon composite anode material have been prepared by two step milling and high temperature pyrolysis using silicon,glucose and graphite as raw material. Then the structure and property of the composite material was examined by XRD, SEM, TEM and galvanostatic charge-discharge experiments. Results show that the silicon coated by amorphous carbon was uniformly dispersed on the surface of graphite. When the mass ratio of silicon,glucose and graphite was 1 : 1 : 3, the prepared composite material has outstanding electrochemical properties. The discharge capacity was 943.9 mAh/g at a current density of 100 mA/g and a eoulombic efficiency of 74o//00 for the first cycle, the reversible specific capacity was 671.1 mAh/g after 40 eycle. The discharge specific capacity were 648. 5 mAh/g and 513.5 mAh/g at a current density of 200 mA/g and 400 mA/g respectively.
