摘 要:聚醚多元醇是聚氨酯工业的重要原料,近年来需求量逐年增加;与之相关的聚醚多元醇的生产技术也飞速发展,而催化剂的不断改进则是聚醚多元醇发展的一个重要因素。对近年来聚醚多元醇所用催化剂的种类进行了分类;综述了生产聚醚催化剂的研究发展现状;对催化剂制备方法进行了总结,并详细介绍了聚醚多元醇中双金属催化剂分离的研究进展。对其应用前景进行了展望。With the increased development and consumption of polyurethane, the polyether polyols which is an important raw material also developed rapidly. The demand of polyether polyols was also increased. Associated with the production of polyether polyols is the rapid development of technology, and the continuous improvement of the catalyst is an important factor in the development of polyether polyols. Based on the recent classification of catalyst used during the production of polyether polyols, the status of research of the catalyst used in polyether polyols preparation is reviewed. The preparation process of catalysts, the catalyst used during the production of polyether polyols are narrated. In addition, some advises concerning the development of the applied technology are given out.
