摘  要:研究了高纯煤沥青作为粘结剂应用于高纯石墨制备过程中的混捏、辊压工艺,对高纯煤沥青各组分及结焦值进行了测定,考察了配料比、混捏温度、混捏时间、辊压温度、辊压次数等因素对混捏、辊压过程中物料的均匀程度、塑性及成型效果的影响。确定了最佳工艺条件:混捏配料比为1:0.8、混捏温度为140℃、混捏时间为lh、辊压温度为140℃、辊压次数2~3次。结果表明,采用高纯煤沥青作为粘结剂应用于高纯石墨制备过程中的混捏、辊压工序,其各项性能指标满足国内外煤沥青粘结剂指标的要求,不仅具有较强的粘结性能,且杂质含量极低,能够满足高纯石墨制备对原料纯度的要求。混捏及辊压工序直接关系到后续高纯石墨产品的成品率。在此条件下,所得物料混合均匀、塑性好、糊料成型效果好且产品表面光洁致密度高,为下一步等静压提供了合格的原料。The use of high purity coal tar pitch as binder in the kneading, rolling process of preparation of high purity graphite was studied. The influences of raw material ratio, mixing temperature, mixing time, rolling temperature, roiling frequency on the degree of uniformity, plasticity and forming effect of the material in the kneading, rolling process were investigated by the method of measuring the components and coking value of the pure coal tar pitch. The optimum conditions of the process were determined: mixing proportioning ratio 1 : 0. 8, mixing temperature 140℃, mixing time 1 h, rolling temperature 140℃, roll number 2-3 times. The results showed that the high purity coal tar pitch used as binder in the kneading, rolling process of preparation of high purity graphite has the performance which meets the domestic and foreign coal asphalt binder specification requirements. It exhibits not only strong bonding properties, but also very low content of impurities, which meets the demands of raw materials in the preparation of high purity graphite. The kneading, rolling process directly affects the following yield of final high purity graphite. Under the conditions, not only the raw materials are mixed evenly and have the property of good plasticity, good paste forming effect, but also the product has clean surface and high density, which provide qualified raw material for the next step of isostatic pressing.
