摘 要:碳化钨硬质合金具有极高的硬度和优良的耐磨性,被广泛应用于钻头、工具、模具、针头、刀具等需要耐磨损和特种加工的行业。系统地研究了气压烧结WC-Co硬质合金制备的工艺过程,探讨和研究了烧结温度和保温时间对硬质合金性能的影响,同时还探讨了WC粉体粒度对硬质合金性能的影响。实验结果表明:当WC硬质合金的烧结温度在1360℃,保温时间为60min时可以得到分布均匀精细的晶粒组织;此外,WC粉体的粒度为0.3μm时,WC硬质合金的硬度为91.8HRA,收缩率为10.4%,相对密度为98.9%。Tungsten carbide cement has very high hardness and excellent wear resistance, which was widely used in drill bits, tools, molds, needles, knives and other wear-resistant and special processing industry. The preparative process of gas pressure sintered WC-Co cemented was systematically studied, and the effect of sintering temperature and holding time on the performance of cement were also discussed and studied, as well as the influence of the WC powder's particle size on the performance of cemented carbide. The results showed that when the sintering temperature of WC cemented carbide is 1360℃ and the holding time is 60min, fine grains with a uniform distribution is obtained. Furthermore, when the grain size of WC powder is 0.3μm, the hardness, shrinkage and relative density of WC cemented carbide are 91.8HRA, 10. 4% and 98. 9%,respectively.
