摘  要:采用热充氢方法使氢快速渗入21-6-9奥氏体不锈钢内部,通过对比未充氢和热充氢试样的力学性能与微观组织,研究了氢对不锈钢锻棒、冷轧薄带材料的影响程度,探讨了材料内部氢对钢的作用机理。结果表明:21-6-9不锈钢具有良好的抗氢脆性能,内部氢对其影响主要体现在其塑性的损减上,对棒材及薄带材料的力学性能和断口形貌的影响具有一致性。Hydrogen atoms were forced quickly diffusing into 21-6-9 austenitic stainless steels specimens by hydrogen atmosphere thermal charging method. Effects of inner hydrogen on bar and strip specimens of 21-6-9 steel were studied by comparing the mechanical properties and microstructure of hydrogen thermal charged specimens and original specimes. The mechanism of inner hydrogen affecting 21-6-9 steel was discussed. The results show that 21-6-9 steel presents quite good anti-hydrogen embrittlement. Effect of inner hydrogen on 21-6-9 steel is mainly showed out by its ductility loss, and the effects on mechanical properties and fracture morphology for the strip specimens are just the same as those on the bar specimens.
