摘　　要：目的：调查我院内分泌门诊582例2型糖尿病患者的HbA1C控制情况。方法收集我院内分泌门诊204年5月～10月582例2型糖尿病患者的一般资料、实验室检查结果及治疗方案等，以HbA1C＜7%为血糖控制达标，了解其HbA1C控制现状。结果调查2型糖尿病患者582例，其中男338例，女244例， HbA1C达标率为30.2%。结论我院门诊582例2型糖尿病患者HbA1C达标率为30.2%。Objective To investigate the current blood glucose compliance status of 582 patients in type 2 diabetes in Yantai Hospital Affiliated to Binzhou Medical University endocrine outpatients. Methods Investigation of the selected condition of 582 cases with the 2014 May to Octomber in endocrine outpatients with type 2 diabetes mellitus,collection of patients with general information,laboratory results and reatment programs,using HbA1C〈 7% as the standard of blood glucose control,in order to understand the endocrine clinic in our hospital control situation of type 2 diabetes. Results We investigated in 582 patients with type 2 diabetes millitus,338 males,244 females,compliance rate of HbA1C was 30.2%. Conclusion The compliance rate of HbA1C was 30.2% in Yantai Hospital Affiliated to Binzhou Medical University endocrine outpatients 582 patients in type 2 diabetes.
