桃红四物汤加减在治疗2型糖尿病中的临床观察

摘　　要：目的：探讨在服用盐酸二甲双胍缓释片基础上通过中医辨证运用桃红四物汤加减治疗2型糖尿病的临床疗效。方法将2012年10月～2013年10月就诊于我院中医科门诊2型糖尿病患者（首次发现）54例随机分为观察组和对照组，观察组服用桃红四物汤加减与盐酸二甲双胍缓释片，500mg/次，qd，早餐后服用；对照组服用盐酸二甲双胍缓释片，500mg/次，qd，早餐后服用。连用5个月后，比较治疗前、后空腹血糖、餐后2h血糖和糖化血红蛋白值及两组临床症状改善的情况，数据采用 SPSS15.0软件进行统计学分析。结果治疗后 FBG、2hPG、HbAlC 均明显下降（P ＜0.05），观察组在餐后2h 血糖下降上明显优于对照组（P ＜0.05），在空腹血糖及糖化血红蛋白下降上，两组无统计学差异（P ＞0.05）；观察组临床症状的发生明显低于对照组。结论在盐酸二甲双胍缓释片基础上通过中医辨证运用桃红四物汤加减联合治疗2型糖尿病疗效显著，说明在糖尿病治疗上，中医的辨证治疗具有一定的临床意义。Objective To explore and observe the clinical curative of Taohong Siwu decoction using by traditional Chinese medicine （TCM） in the treatment of type 2 diabetes mellitus （T2DM） on the basis of taking Metformin Hydrochloride Sustained-release Tablets. Methods 54 patients with T2DM （first diagnosed） in the Department of traditional Chinese medicine of our hospital during October 2012 to October 2013 were evenly and randomly divided to observation group and control group. The observation group took Taohong Siwu decoction and Metformin Hydrochloride Sustained-release Tablets, 500mg for one time, q.d., after breakfast taking. The control group took Metformin Hydrochloride Sustained-release Tablets, 500mg for one time, q.d., after breakfast taking. The fasting blood glucose （FBG）, 2 hour plasma glucose （2hPG）, HbAlC and clinical symptom improving of two groups before and after treatment were compared. Statistical analysis was carried out on the date by using SPSS 15.0 software. Results FBG, 2Hpg, and HbAlC significantly （P〈0.05） decreased after treatment in both two groups. The decrease of 2Hpg in observation is more significant than in the control group（P〈0.05）. There was no significant difference between two groups of the decrease of FBG and HbAlc （P〉0.05）. The occurrence of clinical symptoms in the observation group was significantly lower than the control group. Conclusion Using Taohong Siwu decoction by TCM combined with Metformin Hydrochloride Sustained-release Tablets has significant therapeutic efficacy in the treatment of type 2 diabetes mellitus. And it shows that TCM has the clinical significance in the treatment of diabetes mellitus.
