摘　　要：目的通过对我院抗癫痫药物在门诊患者中超说明书用药情况进行分析,为临床临床合理用药提供参考。方法随机抽取我院2012年在门诊接受抗癫痫药物治疗的患者处方1000份,并计算和分析超说明书用药比率和原因。结果在1000份处方中,480(48%)份属于超说明书用药,其中排名前3为左乙拉西坦,拉莫三嗪和丙戊酸。结论我院门诊癫痫患者中超说明书应用抗癫痫药物的发生率较高,应引起临床重视。Objective To investigate the situation of the off-label drug use of antiepileptic drugs in our hospital, and to promote clinical rational drug use. Methods A total of 1000 prescriptions in 2012 collected from the out-patient department of our hospital were analyzed in accordance with the contents of the related drug package inserts. Results Of the total 1000 prescriptions,480（48%） involved the off-label drug use.And the top three are Levetira cetam,Lamotrigine,Valproic acid. Conclusion It＆#39;s widespread for the off-label drug use inserts of antiepileptic drugs,which should be given fully attention in the clinic.
