经尿道前列腺电切术(TURP)治疗大体积良性前列腺增生的疗效研究

摘　　要：目的：研究经尿道前列腺电切术（TURP）治疗大体积良性前列腺增生的临床效果。方法选择2010年1月～2014年1月我院收治的132例大体积良性前列腺增生患者，随机分为试验组和对照组。试验组87例患者采用经尿道前列腺电切术（TURP）治疗，对照组45例患者采用开放性前列腺摘除术治疗。经不同治疗后，对两组患者的治疗效果及并发症发生情况进行比较分析。结果经不同治疗后，试验组膀胱冲洗时间、住院时间、尿管拔出时间及IPSS评分均显著少于对照组（均P＜0.05）；试验组3例患者出现继发出血，对照组1例患者出现继发出血，所有发生并发症的患者经对症治疗后均顺利恢复，未造成严重影响。结论经尿道前列腺电切术（TURP）治疗大体积良性前列腺增生安全有效，术后恢复快，值得临床推广应用。Objective To study the clinical results of Transurethral resection of prostate（TURP） in the treatment of large volume benign prostatic hyperplasia. Methods From January 2010 to January 2014 in our hospital 132 cases of large volume benign prostatic hyperplasia patients were randomly divided into experimental and control groups. The experimental group of 87 patients was treated by Efficacy of Transurethral resection of prostate（TURP）, the control group of 45 patients was treated with open prostatectomy .After different treatment, therapeutic effects and complications of the two groups were compared and analyzed. Results The results after different treatment, bladder irrigation time, hospitalization time, catheter time and IPSS of the experimental group were significantly less than the control group（all P〈0.05）; 3 patients of test group had secondary hemorrhage, 1 patients of the control group had secondary hemorrhage, all those patients were successfully recovered after symptomatic treatment of complications. Conclusion TURP in the treatment of large volume benign prostatic hyperplasia is effective, safe, and worthy of clinical application.
