冷疗机在Rüedi-Allgower Ⅲ型Pilon骨折中的应用研究

摘　　要：目的探讨冷疗机在Rüedi-Allgower Ⅲ型Pilon骨折中应用的临床疗效。方法将60例Rüedi-Allgower Ⅲ型Pilon骨折患者,随机分为2组,每组30例,试验组入院后及手术后辅助冷疗机持续冷敷患处,对照组行局部冰敷,观察两组患者手术准备期、住院时间、创口引流量、术后疼痛情况。结果两组患者住院时间、引流量及疼痛情况差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论对Rüedi-Allgower Ⅲ型Pilon骨折患者冷疗机持续冷敷治疗有显著优于传统局部冰敷的临床疗效。Objective To observe the clinical effect by using refeigerating machine to R＆#252;edi-Allgower Ⅲ Pilon fracture. Methods 60 patients with R＆#252;edi-Allgower Ⅲ Pilon fracture,were divided into two groups randomly,the test group and control group.The test group patients were given refeigerating machine Continuous cooling,The control group patients were given ice block local icing.The two groups were observed during the preparation of operation,hospitalization time,wound drainage,postoperative pain. Results Two groups of patients hospitalization time,drainage and pain were compared with statistical significance （P 〈 0.05）. Conclusion The clinical curative effects of patients with Redi-AllgowerⅢPilon fracture treatment refeigerating machine continuous cooling therapy is significantly better than the local tradition of ice.
