眉弓切口切除额筛窦较大骨瘤疗效观察

摘　　要：目的探讨经眉弓切口手术方式在治疗额筛窦较大骨瘤中的价值。方法 8例患者均在全麻下行眉弓切口额窦骨瘤切除术,其中3例增加鼻内镜手术,同期行嵌顿骨瘤切除术、鼻息肉切除术及鼻中隔偏曲较正术。术后随访6~24个月,观察患者术后情况。结果所有患者手术顺利,病理确诊为额窦骨瘤,随访6~24个月,头痛、眼球移位、复视等症状消失,无骨瘤复发。结论对于额窦较大骨瘤病变,经眉弓切口额窦切除能够彻底消除病变,术野清晰,并发症少,值得临床推广应用。Objective To evaluate the application of eyebrow incision to the surgical treatment of large frontal and ethmoidal sinus osteoma. Methods Eight patients were given resection of frontal sinus osteoma via eyebrow incision under general anesthesia. Of them, 3 cases received combined endoscopic surgery for incarcerated osteoma, nasal polyps and nasal septal deviation. All patients were followed up for 6 to 24 months postoperatively. Results Surgical procedures were performed in all the patients successfully and frontal sinus osteoma was confirmed by postoperative pathologic examination. The symptoms such as headache, eyeball dislocation, diplopia disappeared in all the 8 patients. None recurrea during the follow-up period. Conclusion With advantages of thorough elimination of tumor and decrease of complications, the surgical resection via eyebrow incision is an ideal method for treatment of large frontal sinus osteoma.
