试论自贸试验区对上海城市功能的影响及其应对策略

摘　　要：随着经济全球化的深入推进,全球城市体系中的各城市功能演变出现了新格局和新趋势。中国(上海)自由贸易试验区的设立是我国应对经济全球化冲击的一张王牌,将对上海的城市功能和布局产生深远影响。从全球城市功能演变的特点、自贸试验区制度创新的城市功能内涵、自贸试验区对城市功能再造的影响,以及新一轮城市总体规划编制过程中的响应策略等四个方面,深入剖析自贸试验区对上海全球城市功能的影响及其响应策略。Along with the great advancement of economic globalization,city function in the global city system presents a new pattern and a fresh trend. The establishment of Chinese （Shanghai） pilot free trade zone（hereinafter referred to as the“PFTZ”）is a trump card to cope with the impact of economic globalization and wil have a profound impact on the function and layout of Shanghai. This paper wil in-depthly analyze the influence and responses to free trade zone on Shanghai global city function from four aspects,including the evolution characteristics of the global city function,the city function connotation of free trade zone system innovation,the impact of free trade zone on city reconstruction and the response strategies shown in the drawing-up process of a new round of the city overal planning.
