摘　　要：国产细纱机高速化是各纺纱厂提升效益的有效手段之一,本文结合公司实践,从细纱机成纱机理上分析,找出影响细纱高速化的瓶颈,同时介绍了如何运用先进设备、工艺、器材和操作方法,并从新器材、新工艺、新技术应用、变频十段锭速优化、设备及器材维护制度的建立等方面加以解决,最终将细纱机高速化做细、做实、保精,从而保证国产细纱机真正实现高速化,为纺纱企业带来可观的经济效益。One of the effective ways to help the spinning mill to improve efficiency is the Domestic high speed spinning frame. In combination with the company practice, from the analysis on the yarn forming mechanism frame, it can find out the influence of spinning speed bottleneck, the paper also introduces how to use the advanced equipment, technology, equipment and operation method, and solved from the new equipment, new technology, new process of application, the ten section of the spindle speed frequency conversion technology optimization, establishing equipment maintenance system etc, will eventually help the high speed spinning frame turns into fine. It ensures that domestic high speed spinning frame can bring spinning enterprises considerable economic benefits.
