摘 要:针对目前临近空间平台效能评估研究中出现的评估指标体系不够完善、评估方法不够成熟的问题,在对临近空间平台效能评估指标体系进行改进完善的基础上,提出了一种基于复合冲突的D-S证据理论的效能评估算法,该算法有助于辅助指挥员进行快速作战决策,仿真验证表明该算法简单易行,融合速度快,能够有效克服单一冲突表示方法的"死角问题",并且解决了经典D-S理论对高冲突证据组合时出现的悖论问题。For the evaluation index system of effectiveness evaluation of the near space platform was not perfect enough and evaluation methods were not mature,a new Dempster-Shafer evaluation method of evidence source modification was proposed,which applied to the improved near space operational effectiveness indexes.Effec-tiveness reliability model was constructed at first,the original evidence weight were corrected by means of con-flict's newly measurement using compound conflict factor,then a combination result was provided throughout Dempster-Shafer rule.Simulation example indicated that this method was simple,effective and fast fusion,it could overcome"blind side problem",by which the paradox was settled when the conflict evidence were com-bined by use of D-S rule.The method also had a practical significance of near space operational evaluation, which could assist a rapid decision for commander.
