用电信息采集系统建设及维护流程的探讨

摘　　要：用电信息采集系统是国家电网公司坚强智能电网的重要组成部分。采集系统在线率、采集成功率、异常数据等指标代表着系统运行质量,直接关系到公司自动抄表、配电线损、台区线损等。依据泰安供电公司在采集系统建设及维护管理方面的经验,以用电信息采集系统和营销业务应用系统为技术平台,强化专公变用电信息采集消缺,加快覆盖采集建设,规范项目管理,提升了用电信息采集系统运行质量,实现了营销全过程管理、科学决策和综合营销指标的在线控制。The electricity information collection system is an important part of Strong Smart Grid of State Grid Corporation of China.The collection system＇s indicators of online rate ,collection success rate and abnormal data represent the operation quality of the system, directly relate to the company＇s automatic data logging, line loss of distribution,line loss of platform area and so on.Based on Tai＇an Power Supply Company＇s experience in collection system construction and maintenance management,this paper takes electricity information collection system and marketing business application system as the technology platform,takes reinforcement of public information collection detect elimination, acceleration of covering collection construction and standardized project management to enhance the operation quality of the electricity information collection system, achieve the online control of the whole process management of marketing,scientific decision-making and comprehensive marketing metrics.
