数字图书馆背景下馆员知识素质能力提升模型研究

摘　　要：数字图书馆是现代图书馆发展的主流形态。本文阐述了数字图书馆的发展与特征,提出了数字图书馆背景下对馆员在获取检索使用、聚合整理过滤、传递推广宣传、馆际协同融合、读者服务、公共服务等八个方面的能力要求,指出了现阶段高校图书馆队伍能力建设存在的不足,给出了数字图书馆背景下馆员知识素质能力提升模型,其能力提升途径策略主要包括业务进修培训、专题辅导讲座、学会学术交流、馆际考察学习、业务技术自修、项目建设实践、文化制度建设、校企合作发展、国际交流合作等十个方面。Digital library is the mainstream of modern library development. This paper expounds the development and characteristics of digital library, points out the lack existing in constructing the team’s abilities in university library at the present stage. It puts forward the relevant ability requirements under the background of digital library in eight aspects such as acquiring retrieval using filtering, aggregation sorting filter, promotion, interlibrary coordination fusion, reader service, public service and so on. Librarians＇ knowledge and quality improving model under the background of digital library has been built. And the strategies to improve the relevant abilities mainly comprise ten aspects：profes-sional further study and training, seminar, academic communication, interlibrary study, professional technology self-study, project construction practice, construction of culture system, university-enterprise cooperation and devel-opment, international communication and cooperation.
