霍州煤电集团开放式创新过程的分析

摘　　要：市场竞争的日趋激烈使传统的创新模式已不能很好地适应现代企业发展的需要,本文在对已有文献的研究基础上,分析了开放式创新的实施过程。提出企业在实施开放式创新时,需要经历组织变革、知识吸收以及价值创造3个过程,并以霍州煤电集团作为案例,对其创新过程的正确性进行验证,为中国企业尤其是传统制造业采取开放式创新模式提供了借鉴。With the fierce competition of market , traditional innovation model can＇t well adapt the develop-ment of modern enterprise , on the basis of the existing literature research , analyzes the implementation process of open innovation. Puts forward that enterprise needs to experience three processes of organizational change , knowl-edge absorption and value creation when implement open innovation. Takes Huozhou coal and electricity group as an example, verifies the correctness of innovation process, provides a reference for Chinese enterprises especially traditional manufacturing industry adopting open innovation mode.
