摘 要:本文针对AZ31镁合金进行表面化学镀镍,优化了化学镀工艺。结合X射线衍射(XRD)、扫描电子显微镜(SEM)、能量色散谱(EDS)等测试方法对镀层表面形貌、结构、成分等做了测定和分析。最后通过电化学实验和盐雾试验等测试方法对Ni-P镀层的性能进行了研究。通过对化学镀工艺的优化,制备出了外观平整、光亮、结合力强、耐腐蚀性能好的Ni-P非晶镀层。This article mainly focused on electroless Ni plating on AZ31 magnesium alloy. The pretreatment process before electroless had been optimized. The coating surface morphology, structure, composition was determined and analyzed by X-ray diffraction (XRD), scanning electron microscope (SEM), energy dispersive spectrum (EDS) and other testing methods. Finally, the properties of electroless Ni-P plating were investigated through salt spray exposure and electrochemical experiment. By optimizing the electroless plating process, the Ni-P amorphous coating became smooth and shining in surface with a high adhesion strength and good corrosion resistance.
