益肠散敷脐对胃肠术后胃肠功能的影响

摘　　要：目的 探讨益肠散术后敷脐对胃肠术后胃肠功能恢复的影响。方法选择2013年10月—2014年10月收治的胃肠手术患者60例,随机方法分为益肠散敷脐组、对照组两组。益肠散敷脐组:于12 h后给予益肠散敷贴于脐周,每天更换一次,连用3 d。对照组:于12 h后给予沙袋敷贴于脐周,每天更换一次,连用3 d。观察术后肠鸣音恢复及肛门首次排气时间。结果益肠散组肠鸣音出现时间(39.5±8.7)h,对照组肠鸣音出现时间(54.3±9.4)h,二者比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),益肠散组肛门首次排气时间(48.3±7.9)h,对照组肛门首次排气时间(61.4±11)h,二者比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),益肠散组患者肠鸣音恢复及肛门首次排气时间均显著优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论益肠散敷脐可明显促进胃肠道术后胃肠功能恢复。Objective To investigate the efficacy of umbilical compress with Yichang Powder on the recovery of gastrointestinal function after gastrointestinal surgery. Methods 60 patients underwent gastrointestinal surgery were selected and randomly divided into two groups, the umbilical compress with Yichang Powder group and the control group. 12 hours after the surgery, the umbilical compress with Yichang Powder group were given Yichang Powder externally applied to the navel for 3 days, the Yichang Powder was changed once a day; The control group were given the sandbag externally applied to the navel for 3 days, and the sandbag was changed once a day. And the time of bowel sound recovery and anal exhausting time of the two groups were observed. Results The time of bowel sound recovery of Yichang Powder group was（39.5±8.7）h, and that of the control group was（54.3±9.4）h, the difference between the groups was significant（P0.05）. The anal exhausting time of the Yichang Powder group was（48.3±7.9）h, and that of the control group was（61.4±11）h, the difference between the groups was significant（P0.05）. The time of bowel sound recovery and anal exhausting time of the Yichang Powder group were much better than those of the control group（P0.05）. Conclusion Umbilical compress with Yichang Powder can obviously promote the recovery of gastrointestinal function after gastrointestinal surgery.
