摘　　要：目的分析医院医疗业务收入的季节变化规律,为医院有效调度医疗资源提供依据。方法运用移动平均趋势剔除法,找到季节指数。结果医院医疗业务收入季节性明显。1-2月、5月、10月为淡季,4月、7-9月、12月为旺季。结论移动平均趋势剔除法能准确反映医院医疗业务收入的季节变化规律,为医院管理决策提供科学依据。Objective Analyze the rule of seasonal change of hospital business income, provide the basis for effective scheduling medical resources. Methods Using the method of moving average trend strip, find seasonal index. Results The seasonal obvious hospital business income. In January and February, in May and October off-season, April, Between July and September, December for the season. Conclusion Moving average trend strip method can accurately reflect the rule of seasonal change of hospital business income, which will provide a scientific basis for hospital management decisions.
