摘　　要：针对传统岩巷掘进工艺中机械化程度低、工艺落后的问题,采用"全液压掘进钻车钻眼爆破+挖掘装载机+胶带输送机"为一体的岩巷机械化作业线新型工艺,实现了工作面施工炮眼、耙矸、出矸工序的机械化与连续性。新工艺的提出与应用,从岩巷掘进成本、机械化水平、工序连续性、劳动强度、人工工效、职业危害等方面优化了岩巷掘进工艺。In view of traditional rock drivage technology in low degree of mechanization, backward technology, ＂fully hydraulic drill rig drilling blasting excavating loader ＋ backhoe loader ＋ belt conveyor＂ for a new type of mechanized assembly process was adopted, which realized the mechanization continuity of the construction perforation, rake face and setting gangue. The application of new technology optimized roadway mining technology from roadway drivage cost, mechanization level, process continuity, the intensity of labor, manual work, occupational hazards, etc.
