摘　　要：铁路公益性运输补贴需要有相应的法律支持。从立法角度探讨铁路公益性运输的概念与特征,分析现阶段国家对铁路公益性运输补贴内容与支持政策,研究国家对铁路公益性运输补贴的条件、标准和程序,并提出相应的立法建议。Railway public transportation subsidies need legal support. This paper researches on the contents and characteristics of railway public transportation from legislative perspectives. Furthermore, current national support policies on railway public transportation subsidies is analyzed, and the conditions, standards, procedures of subsidies are discussed. Eventually, the corresponding legislative proposals of railway public transportation subsidies are expressed.
