摘 要:根据能量守恒定律、阀门压损公式和弗留格尔公式,重新建立并推导了超超临界锅炉稳定工况下再热汽温与其影响因素的微分关系式,该关系式全面反映了影响再热汽温的各种因素。对某1 000MW超超临界锅炉机组进行了实例计算,分别计算了该机组在3个典型工况下再热汽温各影响因素的相对敏感度,并绘制了影响因素相对敏感度的条形图和趋势图。据此比较了各影响因素对再热汽温的影响程度,得出了各影响因素对再热汽温的影响规律,所得结论可为超超临界锅炉稳定工况下的运行控制及相关研究提供理论依据。According to the law of energy balance equation, valves' pressure loss formula and Friuli Siegel formula, get a differential relationship for the reheated steam temperature and its influencing factors of ultra-supercritical boiler through rigorous mathematical derivation. This relationship reflects various factors which impact the change of reheated steam temperature completely. This paper makes an example calculation for a 1 000 MW supereritical boiler which built by Shanghai boiler factory, then calculate the relative sensitivity of influencing factors of reheated steam when the unit is under three typical conditions and drew the maps of relative sensitivity of each influencing factors. According to the map, the degree of each factor influence on the reheated steam temperature is compared and gets the law of each factor how to influence the reheated steam temperature. The conclusions can provide a theoretical basis for the run of ultra-supercritical boilers and its related research.
