摘  要:研究了两节直板扬料板、三节直板扬料板和圆弧形扬料板的技术特性。研究结果显示,当以扬料板方位角为自变量时,扬料板持料量与滚筒转速没有关系。以物料抛洒均匀为目标时,扬料板安装角为90°时物料抛洒范围最宽且最均匀。扬料板的弯角明显影响持料量,直板扬料板持料量在弯角变化时出现连续变化,而圆弧扬料板出现了持料量突然减小现象。灰渣摩擦系数对扬料板持料量有明显影响,灰渣摩擦系数减小时持料量减小。Performance of three kind flights of rotary drum has been studied, include two segment flight, three segment flight and arc like flight. The performance comparison shows that: Material hold up has no relation with rotation speed when azimuth angle is taken as in- dependent variable; when flight weld angular is set as 90°, a large amount and relatively uni- form of material unloading from flight is found; flight bend angular has an obvious effect on material hold up, a continuous hold up material unloading decrease has been seen when two or three segments flight is test and an abruptly decrease has been found when that is arc like flight is used; friction coefficient of material effects hold up, it gets decrease when the coeffi- cient falling down.
