摘 要:为降低发电成本,拓宽煤炭供应渠道,国内各燃煤发电厂相继开展了锅炉非设计煤种的掺烧试验研究。首先介绍了电厂锅炉混煤掺烧常见的三种方式,分析了这三种混煤掺烧方法的优缺点,然后介绍了国内电厂掺烧烟煤、褐煤、无烟煤的情况;分析了目前电厂锅炉掺烧烟煤、褐煤、无烟煤时所存在的问题,并提出了一些切实有效的技术措施;最后分析了混煤燃烧对锅炉运行的影响,指出需要对燃烧混煤时锅炉性能的变化、掺烧经济性等问题做深入研究。In order to Lower the cost of generating electricity and broaden the coal supply channels, domestic coal-fired power plants begin to do blended coal (not the design coal) combustion experiment research. At first, this paper introduces three ways of blended-coal combustions of power plant boilers, and it analyzes the advantages and disadvantages of this three ways of blended-coal combustions. Then it introduces the situations of bituminous coal- blended combustion, lignite-blended combustion and anthracite-blended combustion of domestic power plants, and it analyzes current problems of lignite-blended combustion and anthracite-blended combustion of power plant boilers, and it proposes some effective methods and technical measures. At last, it analyzes the impact of blended-coal combustion on boiler operation, and it points that the boiler performance of burning blended-coal and the economy of blended-coal combustion should be researched deeply.
