摘 要:介绍了电站锅炉NOx的生成机理,通过对贵溪电厂640MW超临界直流炉的试验研究,找出了炉膛出口氧量、二次风配风方式、SOFA风控制方式、一次风速等对锅炉效率和NOx排放量的影响规律。依据试验研究的结果,对锅炉效率和NOx排放量进行综合优化,确定了最佳运行方案,使得锅炉效率提高了0.44%,脱硝入口NOx排放量由525mg/m3下降到315mg/m3。最后将最终优化工况进行了数值模拟,数值模拟的结果与实测数值非常接近。数值模拟的准确性为后期其它工况数据模拟提供了可靠的依据。Power plant boiler NOx formation mechanism has been introduced in this paper, by means of Guixi power plant 640 mw supercritical once through test research, finding out how the furnace outlet oxygen, secondary air distribution mode, the SOFA wind control mode and primary air velocity influence on the boiler efficiency and the NOx emissions. According to test results, comprehensive optimization of boiler efficiency and NOx emissions, determine the optimum operation scheme. Operating results show that the boiler efficiency increased by 0.44%, NOx emissions at the denitration entrance by 525 mg/m3 down to about 315 mg/m3. Finally eventually optimized conditions are simulated, the result of numerical simulation and the measured value is very close. The accuracy of the numerical simulation for the late data simulation provides a reliable basis for other conditions.
