六味地黄汤改善肝肾阴虚型骨质疏松症下肢肌力随机平行对照研究

摘　　要：[目的]观察六味地黄汤改善肝肾阴虚型骨质疏松症下肢肌力。[方法]使用随机平行对照方法,将60例住院及门诊患者按病志号抽签/就诊顺序号方法随机分为两组。对照组30例阿法骨化醇,0.5ug/次,每晚1次,口服。治疗组30例六味地黄汤(熟地黄25g,山药30g,山茱萸15g,茯苓10g,牡丹皮15g,泽泻10g,骨碎补15g,续断15g,淫羊藿30g),1剂/d,水煎400m L,早晚口服。连续治疗3个月为1疗程。观测临床症状、不良反应。治疗1疗程,判定疗效。[结果]治疗组临床控制12例,显效10例,有效6例,无效2例,总有效率93.33%。对照组临床控制6例,显效12例,有效4例,无效8例,总有效率73.33%。治疗组疗效优于对照组(P<0.05)。[结论]六味地黄汤改善肝肾阴虚型骨质疏松症下肢肌力,疗效满意,无副作用,值得推广。[Objective] To observe the six tastes glutinous rehmannia decoction can improve the liver kidney yin deficiency type osteoporosis, muscle strength of lower limbs. [Methods] Using random parallel control method, 60 cases of inpatient and outpatient patients according to disease Zhihao draw / visiting sequence were randomly divided into two groups, method. The control group of 30 cases of alfacalcidol, 0.5ug/ times, every night 1, oral. The treatment group 30 cases of Six Ingredient Rehmannia Decoction, Radix Rehmanniae Preparata 25 g, 30 g yam, Cornus officinalis 15 g 10g, Poria, cortex moutan Rhizoma alismatis Rhizoma Drynariae 15 g, 10 g, 15 g, 15 g, 30 g of Radix dipsaci, epimedium, 1 agent /d, Decoction 400 m L, sooner or later oral. 3 months of continuous treatment for 1 courses. Observation of clinical symptoms and adverse reaction. 1 courses of treatment, curative effect. [Result] The treatment of clinical control group of 12 cases, 10 cases markedly effective, effective 6 cases, invalid 2 cases, the total efficiency of 93.33%. Clinical control group of 6 cases, 12 cases markedly effective, effective 4 cases, invalid 8 cases, the total efficiency of 73.33%. The efficacy of the treatment group was better than that of the control group（P〈0.05）.[Conclusions]The six tastes glutinous rehmannia decoction can improve the liver kidney yin deficiency type osteoporosis, muscle strength of lower limbs, satisfactory curative effect, no side effect, is worth promoting.
