摘　　要：真性红细胞增多症属中医"徵瘕"、"瘀血症"范畴。与血热、血瘀有关。分为血瘀、血热出血、气血(阴)两虚三型,血瘀采用桃红四物汤,先消瘀,从根本上消除病因后加以调节;血热出血犀角地黄汤合龙胆泻肝汤,在清热祛火基础上治疗;气血两虚八珍汤,补虚为实,注重调理。Polycythemia vera as a chronic disease of the bone marrow value, with changes in tempo and quality of people’s lives become increasingly common. Purple skin, liver and spleen enlargement as well as vascular and neurological symptoms are the main clinical features. Individual can evolve into acute leukemia late complications seen bleeding, thrombosis and embolism. Such as the use of blood circulation Bianzheng treatments can effectively treat polycythemia vera, worthy of promotion.
