镇肝熄风汤联合西药治疗中风先兆随机平行对照研究

摘　　要：[目的]观察镇肝熄风汤联合西药治疗中风先兆疗效。[方法]使用随机平行对照方法,将72例住院患者按病志号抽签方法随机分为两组。对照组36例拜阿司匹林,100mg/次,1次/d;阿托伐他汀钙片,10mg/次,1次/d;小牛血清去蛋白10m L+0.9%生理盐水250m L,静滴,1次/d。治疗组36例镇肝熄风汤(怀牛膝50g,生白芍、生龟版各30g,生龙牡80g,天冬、玄参各25g,川楝子、菌陈、甘草、麦芽各10g),1剂/d,水煎200m L,早晚口服;西药治疗同对照组。连续治疗15d为1疗程。观测临床症状、不良反应。连续治疗2疗程,判定疗效。[结果]治疗组显效21例,有效13例,无效2例。总有效率94.44%。对照组显效13例,有效15例,无效8例。总有效率77.77%。治疗组疗效优于对照组(P<0.05)。[结论]镇肝熄风汤联合西药治疗中风先兆,疗效满意,无副作用,值得推广。[Objective]To observe the Zhenganxifeng decoction combined with western medicine in treatment of threatened apoplexy curative effect. [Method] Using random parallel control method, 72 hospitalized patients according to disease will number the draw method were randomly divided into two groups. The control group of 36 patients with aspirin, 100mg/ times, 1 times /d; Atorvastatin Calcium Tablets, 10mg/ times, 1 times /d; deproteinized calf serum 10 m L＋0.9% physiological saline 250 m L, intravenous drip, 1 times /d. 36 cases in the treatment group makes up the positive also five soup, Achyranthes 50 g, white paeony root, raw tortoise plastron of each 30 g, raw Longmu 80 g, ASP, Scrophularia 25 g respectively, Kawa Ko, Chen, licorice, malt the bacteria 10 g, /d 1 agent, water frying 200 m L, sooner or later oral Western Medicine treatment with the control group. Continuous treatment with 15 d for 1 courses. Observation of clinical symptoms, blood biochemical index, symptom score, adverse reaction. Continuous treatment of 2 courses of treatment, curative effect.[Result] The treatment group 21 cases were markedly effective, effective 13 cases, 2 cases failed. The total effective rate 94.44%. The control group, 13 cases were markedly improved effectively and 15 patients, 8 patients were invalid. The total effective rate 77.77%. The treatment group curative effect is better than that of control group（P〈0.05）. [Conclusion] the curative effect of Zhenganxifeng decoction combined with western medicine in the treatment of threatened apoplexy, satisfaction, no side effect, is worth promoting.
